I am a DONA (Doulas of North America) and Hypnobabies trained doula in Temecula, CA, a certified Hot Mama Prenatal and Buddha Baby Postnatal Yoga Instructor, an aspiring midwife, a mother of two strong and vivacious daughters and web admin and marketing director for MyBestBirth.com  I am also co-representative for the California Association of Midwives - Region 10.
